The past few weeks has shown me what my body is capable of taking and not taking. I think I've been getting on average of 4 hours of sleep every 2-3 days. So much little things have been going on, I've pretty much close my eyes and then the alarm sounds and I am back at it. I've even done the make a coffee, sit down and find out I have go somewhere so I leave that coffee out for a day or more.
