 there are very few sites on the internet that use newspro/coranto as their cms. this is one of em. frozen in 1999. as god intended. coranto hasn't been updated since ~2004. newspro since ~2003. there's no support, no help. everyone involved in the projects have moved on to greener fields. it's written in solely in perl. maybe php, maybe something else. if some random thing is wrong, it breaks. so. here's a zip of everything related, all my cra_addons as well: coranto.zip archived from the wayback machine - corantobeta.gweilo.org by kriko never knew the devs, but my IRL friend did. he also participated in the dev process briefly. additionally, here's a link to one of the devs who was very active: plushpuffin's perl garden (i'll archive at some point) MAN runs on v1.25.2. i never tried anything past that. up to v1.35, when development stopped, is in the archive. addons may or may not work, your mileage will vary. all i can say is they work for me. so CHMOD: 755 - [directories] 666 - crcfg.dat 666 - nsettings.cgi 755 - coranto.cgi 755 - viewnews.cgi 777 - crlib.pl 644 - everything else also, not to test fate or anything, the code is solid. i want to say "hardened against intrusion" but it's more like "nobody fucking uses it lolololol". it's definitely not wordpress. i vaguely remember someone saying joomla is close to wordpress and close to coranto, but i have never checked. joomla is still maintained, so i assume it's closer to wordpress. their github page states it's 90% php and uses mysql. that might turn some away (me). |

NOT ALLOWED. did hasan have an alleged terrorist on his show? yes. did he promote them? also yes. A-OK. did frogan have a panel rating streamers from arab to jew lover at twitchcon? lmao yes.
